We cannot reset passwords or passphrases as this is the level of security we have implemented with Cubbit - we do not have the possibility to override the security protocols of our users' accounts.
Is there any chance of remembering your password or recovery passphrase (made up of eight random words like, for example, revered suite confetti domain coconut unselect gigabyte buggy)?
Would you have it stored somewhere that is possible to find?
During registration to Cubbit a text file with the passphrase should have been downloaded to your PC, named Cubbit-password-recovery.txt .
