Welcome to the Swarm! Let's get everything set up!
Step 1: Click on the Cubbit Icon in the tray bar or menu bar to open the main window, then click on the Claim Your Cell button.
Step 2: The Claim setting pane will open, click on the Claim your Cubbit Cell button.
The Claim your Cubbit Cell window will open, if the Cell firmware needs to update you will see the Updating… message...
…otherwise, you will directly see the Claim button.
If needed, clicking on the Claim Advanced options will allow you to directly enter the IP dynamically allocated to the Cubbit Cell by your router.
Step 3: Once you have successfully claimed your Cubbit Cell, on the application dashboard you will see Your Cell is Online, with the storage space assigned to it.
If you now click on the Gear icon (Settings) in the main window of the desktop app, you will see the Storage pane, with the list of the Cell(s) claimed and the option to add other Cells and External storage.
