Our 4 accounts feature gives each Cell access to 4 accounts: 1 admin (you, the Cell owner) and 3 guest accounts! This way you can share your Cubbit Cell space with up to 3 additional users per Cell!

How do I add a guest?
Step 1: Sign in to your account on web.cubbit.io/signin
Step 2: In the top right corner, click on your name. A side menu will pop up, choose Manage guests.
Step 3: In the new page that will open, click on Add member.
Step 4: In the pop-up window that will open, enter the email address you want to grant access to your Cubbit space, with the option to choose the amount of storage space you want to assign to the guest user. Finally, click on the continue button and you are done!
Your Guest will receive an email from email@example.com with your invitation message. If they're not on Cubbit, they will be asked to register first in order to start collaborating with you.
How can I change/update the space assigned to guests?
If you want to edit the assigned space of a Guest user you can follow these steps:
Step 1: In the Guest users list, find the user you want to edit and then click on the three blue dots on the right. Then select Edit.
Step 2: In the pop-up window that will open, select the blue hexagon and move it to assign the storage space to the Guest user. You may also type the desired amount directly. Finally, click on the Confirm button and you are done!
Your Guest will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with the new changes made on their storage space.
How do I remove a guest?
If you want to remove a Guest from your 4 accounts user list you can quickly do these steps:
Step 1: In the Guest users list, find the user you want to delete and then click on the three blue dots on the right. Then select Delete.
Step 2: In the pop-up window that will open, click on the Confirm button and you are done!
Your Guest will be notified with an email from email@example.com that you have removed their space. Please, keep it in mind that your Guest has 15 days to remove their files before they will get deleted.
