If you cannot access the Web App, view your file list or transfer files, please try the following steps:
- Sign-out of the Web App
- Clear browser cookies and cache (guides for: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and EDGE)
- Sign-in again to the Web App
- Check if the problem is resolved, if not try a different browser.
